The Shaw Sells DC Team is growing. Last year, Cheryl Shaw achieved the highest individual GCAAR sales recognition - Gold. With the demand for her client advocacy and assistance continuing to grow, the Shaw Sells DC Team is expanding. It is our goal to build a team of Realtors to serve our clients based on the following three principles:
Shaw Sells DC Team members are confident in their style and their ability to get the job done. With this confidence they are able to represent their clients and present real estate market trends and strategic approaches that elevate their clients capacity to “win” in their quest for new real estate opportunities. We continuously provide training to our agents that focus on presentation, technical and marketing skills and strategies.
Our Team members are committed to their clients and to the Metro DC community. Every team member supports the local community in word and deed by helping to develop, execute and participate in activities that improve the world we live in and the people in it. We develop a quarterly social calendar for community outreach, networking and support. This includes identifying opportunities for our Team to provide resources to those in need. Our goal is to be visible and an active part of the community through service.
Our Team members are part of the Metro DC community and a community of realtors that care about each other. We explore the community together and live in the communities we represent. We are educated about new developments and their impact on the market. We know the people who live here and want to live here. We support each other by stepping up to ensure all of our clients are served with the principles and mission of the Team.

Our goal is to work with all Realtors who have ambition, commitment and desire to serve while developing a self sustaining business model. Every SSDC Team member contributes to the development of the training and social calendar to ensure we are addressing the needs of every member and growing as a community.
Every SSDC Team member will receive the marketing support they need to develop their personal brand independent of the Team so that you remain an independent contractor with a personal identity.
Every quarter the SSDC Team will develop a community networking, social or outreach event to serve and grow business relationships, prospects and community connections.
Every SSDC Team member will participate in a weekly team meeting that includes internal reports, marketing, technical training and local speakers.
Every SSDC Team member will be matched with a mentor or be a mentee with a clear training plan and supportive guidance.
Every SSDC Team member will be entitled to commission from sales generated from the Team and their level of participation and contribution to the Team.
Every SSDC Team member will join one of DC’s premier real estate brokerages, GreenLine Real Estate as an independent contractor. Founded in 2012 and licensed in DC, MD & VA, the Brokerage is quickly home to an expanding group of professionals focused on client advocacy and community. You will have access to GreenLine Real Estate’s top-rate marketing resources, training and events, and meeting and office space at the new and state-of-the-art office on 14th St, NW DC..
